Hi everyone,this blog is about building a 1/16th static model  of PT195, in late 1944 configuration.
The model is entirely scratchbuilt-except part of the armament- in classic plank on frame method.

Galley under construction

The hull has been split longitudinally to mantain everything lined up during construction using the keel plan as reference plan.Keel and frames are 2mm birch plywood,planking is basswood over a layer of bamboo strips for the bow and 1mm birch ply for sides and rear.
